I had bought 89 dollars worth of vitamins and decided i did not want them any more. It has been almost a week and i still did not recieve my refund i had went to the store in crossgates mall in albany new york on june 24th to bring back my vitamins but i still did not recieve ny refund on my card

Do yourself a favor and dont order anything from vitamin world, you will probably lose your money, and you will never get reply from their customer service rep. . Horrible service, it has been 47 days already and no product delivery lol And no reply from them
Their employees are highly UNEDUCATED, and shoud NOT have been given these jobs at all. They know nothing about what they are selling, and the vitamin C tablet they were selling are loaded with sodium, as in salt. The sample tasted very bad because it was so salty. They too, need to be sued.
Greens Supplements Review
I went to get powdered greens today and saw the BOGO price of $35 as a member. Then I go to the counter and it was $48! I asked the clerk and he said it was BOGO of the original price not the member price which is right next to the item. . I said I'm a member and he said everyone complains about this. Very misleading.
